After years of fundraising and hard work from our incredible board of trustees, we at Aroha opened our first wildlife sanctuary in September 2024 in the Western Isles of Scotland.

With current demand, we already need a bigger facility!

We hope (with your help) we can secure this building, be fully moved in and operational at our 'seal pup hospital' in 2026.

This is specifically for seal pups needing hydration and care for their onward trip to long term rehabilitation and release.

Our marine medic team of volunteers have worked tirelessly and will continue to do so as long as they are needed.

Ongoing support is vitally important for the costs of equipment, treatment and rehabilitation for our respite seal pups.
