Arnaldo Franco Cuba

Hello, my name is Carla Cuba-Espinoza. I am Franco's eldest child. My father passed away on Saturday, February 24th at the age of 55. His passing was sudden and unexpected, likely a result of his long battle against diabetes and alcohol abuse.

My father was a real character, and had an impact on everyone he's ever met. He was a hardworking man who was charismatic to a fault. He could make friends with anyone. He was a kind, intelligent man who had a wealth of knowledge on many subjects, including wine, history, music, and culture. He was by no means a perfect man, but he did his best to be a good father to myself and my brother. He was always respectful to my mother and her family, and his many friends. He will be dearly missed by all of us.

This unexpected tragedy has become a financial burden on my family. Unfortunately, my brother and I are only college students. We do not have the funds to provide my father with the funeral he deserves, let alone basic funeral costs. We are asking for your help because really, none of us were prepared for this day. My brother Alex and I truly appreciate any and all support. Thank you.
