army vet, husband and father fighting cancer

Hello my name is Sherry, and I am the mother-in-law of Anthony Sweat. Anthony is 38 years old, and served as an MP in the US Army and is a Veteran now. Anthony served in the Army from 2003-2009 working overseas, never stateside, during his time in Iraq he had a tumor in one of his testicles and they performed surgery and sent him on to Germany to rehab and recover. He went back after his recovery and continued to serve. Anthony finished his 6 years in the Army and came home in 2009.
In 2011 he met my daughter Tristan (and her daughter Allison) and they later married. In March of 2012 my granddaughter Skyla was born and 3 years later another daughter, Haley’jo, was born in June 2015. Soon after, Anthony decided to start selling cars and has become one of the best car salesmen around the mid-Florida area, winning 6 salesmen of the year at his dealership/company.
About two months ago Anthony started experiencing pain again in his groin region, and it would come and go. Finally, two weeks ago the pain was so bad, he drove himself to the hospital where they stated he needed emergency surgery on his testicles. They told my daughter that when they got in, they could either fix the issue OR it could be they would have to take the testicle depending on what they saw, unfortunately, Anthony lost his testicle that day and a routine ½ hour surgery turned into 1 ½ hour surgery.
A week later, on Friday they received the grim news that he has Testicular cancer, they didn’t know the extent of the cancer yet, but they would be performing series of tests. This past week at his appt the Dr told them that he was facing a very serious surgery where they were going to be going into his abdomen to clean up and remove lymph nodes, as they believe the cancer has spread.
Anthony lost his mom to colon cancer in November 2015, and it was devastating to him and his family. For him to walk out of a hospital knowing he was going to be fighting the same fight, was a lot for him to get through.
With Anthony being a car salesman, he works on commission and with his current state and the upcoming chemo treatments he will be going through will prevent him from being able to work for a while, he asked the Dr “after chemo can I go to work?” Dr. gave him the LOOK! “No, you won’t be able to work after chemo treatments.” Anthony loves his job and is beside himself he won’t be able to work as cars is his passion.
My daughter lost her job the day before they found out about the cancer and now, they are living on his income alone, and with him having to be out of work often they are going to need some financial help for living expenses and unforeseen expenses. Any help would be appreciated, he is a good man, good husband and father and he wants to be there for his wife & kids for all years to come, and to do this he must follow all Dr orders to try to get through this and hopefully become cancer free.
Again, we appreciate any help he can get for him and his family while they go through this process day to day, taking each day as it comes. Anthony is a proud man and to ask for help is not his nature, so I am asking for help for Anthony, my daughter and their kids please.
