Army Recruit Ethan Barber's Fund

My friend Jarrod is a recruiter for the US Army. One of his “kids” is a 19 yr old named Ethan Barber. Ethan had a tough family life but is a good kid and is eager to join the Army. Unfortunately he is 19 and homeless. Ethan will be signed into the Army this week but it will take at least a month for him to be shipped out and fully processed. Unfortunately it is a break in ethics protocol for Jarrod or any other recruiter to keep Ethan at his place and I just can’t. So we are trying to fund a room at an extended stay suite and food and personal items for the next month until he ships.

I have an active duty 22 year old and it was hard on him trying to go to MEPS and meetings etc, I can’t imagine how hard it is to do that, eat one meal a day, and then to sleep in the cold under a bridge trying to find your next meal.

This is a good kid and we as a country need to help him.

Is there any way that you can help immediately? I appreciate your kindest consideration and expediency with this.
