I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease in December of 2012.  At that time my kidney function was 33%.  Since then I've been on various medications to control my high blood pressure and slow down the degeneration of my kidney function.  As of December 2016 I am now in Stage 5 (end stage).  My kidney function now is at 14%.  I may require dialysis starting in January of 2017.  Hopefully I won't be on Dialysis for too long due to the fact that I am in the process of getting a transplant from a living donor.  The expenses for the surgery will be needed in January 2017.  The funds will go toward the deductibles, medication, living expenses and food for myself and my living donor.  I am expected to be missing a month of work.  My living donor will be missing around 2 months of work.  We kindly ask for assistance in the home as well.  I ask for help at this time because I can't afford the expenses that go with this surgery.  I appreciate any help that you can give.
