Armando “Mando” Kelly was and remains a man of unfailing love and loyalty and it is our fondest hope that his legacy live on. On behalf of his children, siblings, and mother we are eternally grateful for the kindness shown, prayers said, and memories shared with us during this difficult time. Armando was always there for those he called friend and those whose friendship made them family, at this time we humbly ask that you return the favor if you are able.
