Arly’s Funeral Services

On July 4th, 2020, Arly Diaz, a 15 year old young lady, full of life and laughter was prematurely taken away from her family and friends.  Arly was enjoying the long weekend with her family when she was hit by a 9 year old driver in the desert.  Arly passed away almost immediate after the accident as her trauma was too severe.  Arly had her whole life ahead of her, she was bright, talented, her smile brought sunshine to the room and all that new her loved her.  She was happy, sweet, quiet and loving.

Arly was a gymnast and cheerleader as she was a positive happy girl. She was always trying to find a way to help others and enjoyed putting a smile on people with her quiet demeanor she gave comfort to those that needed it.  A simple hug from Arly was enough to warm your heart and a special connection was build.  I can still feel her hugs and her big brown eyes looking softly into my eyes, at that moment, you knew she was special and kind person.   Arly loved to bake and was always baking desserts for her family and friends.  Her parents worked extremely hard to provide a better life for her and her brother, Matthew, Arly new the sacrifice they had made and this was a daily reality and truth that Arly took very seriously and was working to one day help them and take care of them.   She had so many goals to yet achieve.  As many girls her age, she was looking forward to college and a full life ahead, a bright future, one that, sadly, will never be.  Although, the academic year had not started, Arly was eager and ahead of the game, preparing for her future assignments in Honors Chemistry class. Her dedication was well known at a young age and her teachers always commented on her well behaved matters and respectfulness. Arly was truly a gentle soul.

She was known for her ever kind smile. Her family is devastated.   They know that they will see Arly again, “We wait anxiously for the day when we can all hug her and embrace her smile once again”. (John 5:29)

We are asking for your assistance in helping with the Funeral financial preparations.  The Diaz family will be extremely grateful for any donation you can contribute, no amount is too small.  Your thoughts and prayers are welcomed as this is a horrific tragedy, one that has broken our hearts.
