Mending Arley's broken heart

- Hi everyone, my name is Tiffany. I have 4 beautiful children ages 9, 5, 4, and 10 months. The youngest (Arley) was born with a rare congenital heart defect called Tetrology of Fallot as well as Microtia and atresia, a fancy way of saying his ear, jaw and mandible are underdeveloped. Although Arleys life has been nothing short of an absolute joy and blessing, it has been a struggle since day 1. He is going to be admitted into the hospital this week to undergo open heart surgery. My mommy heart is broken and torn because being a mother of 4 kids is hard but when one of them has a health condition, your instinct is to drop everything and be where your needed most. My finances won't allow that. I have a job that I'm holding to for dear life but I can't keep up with my bills and other things that need my attention right now. Back and forth to unc chapel hill as well as doctors appointments not only for Arley but my other kids and myself as well. I'm stuck with very few avenues to venture. As you can imagine this has been an incredibly hard journey and balancing act and finally after 10 months of struggling, I'm putting my pride to the side to ask if there's any possibility for help.
