Arley is pursuing a two-year Masters degree in Hebrew and Cognate Languages at Jerusalem University College in Israel to become a Bible Translation Consultant. He has already completed the first year online (2020–21) and tuition is fully covered for the second year, thanks to a generous scholarship!

After our first year of marriage, we hope to travel to Jerusalem in August 2022 to complete his degree in person. Alongside Arley, Emmy hopes to pursue a studio practice in the heart of Jerusalem to encounter the sacred and contested land through art.
