Arley Emerson Lee

Now I lay me down to sleep. When Casey and I made the trip to to the hospital we were looking forward to meeting our perfect little girl for the first time and welcoming her to the world. But God had other plans for our sweet angel. I pray the Lord my soul to keep. We don't know why these things happen nor does it help to think about the what ifs but one thing we do know is she was abundantly loved by many. If I should die before I wake I pray the Lord my soul to take. It's hard to see past the pain to understand how the loss of an innocent child could be part of God's perfect plan. It is difficult through the tears to see the good that can come out of heartache. But, it is comforting to know that we are blessed with the support of loving family and friends. Casey and I have decided that that little miss Arley Emerson was just too perfect for this world.
