Arlene Mauro for her Heart Surgery

Hi, Our names are Amber and Alyssa. We are the daughters of Joseph and Arlene Mauro. We are setting up this page to help with medical bills for our mother's heart surgery that she needs to save her life.

About 3 years ago almost to this day (June 2020), she originally had a heart surgery to put a valve in her heart since she was born with only 2 instead of 3. This was supposed to be the only surgery she should have; but within the last month, she became ill with an infection that has made its way through her entire body. She has been in the hospital since May and each day she is fighting for her life as the infection is still there and she is waiting to receive surgery.

She is currently at the Mayo Clinic in Florida and is needing to be transported to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota to perform the surgery up there.

This is important to us, as our parents never ask anyone for anything and yet they are always there to help any one in need. They are kind and genuine people and deserve more than the cards of life they've been dealt. With their ups and downs, they still stay strong with their love and faith and continue to look at the brighter things of life. We are keeping our minds and energy positive as we want our mother to live a long healthy, happy life with our dad and the rest of our family and friends.

The funds raised would go 100% to the medical bills of our mother between hospital stays, heart surgery, and emergency transportation from Florida Mayo Clinic to the Minnesota Mayo Clinic.
