We are starting this fund for an amazing woman who means the world to us. Arlene has been a part of our Gilley’s Diner family since 2013. She is thoughtful, kind, loyal, dedicated and one of the hardest working people we know.  
 
In November Arlene had emergency surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from her bladder. The initial surgery was successful. Unfortunately, the cancer has spread to the muscle tissue. Arlene will need chemotherapy to insure all cancer cells have been destroyed. Once that is complete, she will need an addition surgery to remove part or all of her bladder and have reconstructive surgery in Boston.
 
Arlene is a fighter and she is keeping her spirits up thanks to the prayers, love and support from family, friends and the community.
 
We are asking on behalf of Arlene to help her financially for the already accumulating medical expenses, past and future, as well as her living expenses while she is out of work recovering and receiving treatment. We know times are tough right now for everyone but anything you can contribute will be greatly appreciated.
