If you know my sister she is a hard single working mom and doesn’t ever ask for any help she likes to try to do thing on her own or trying to help and put other before herself.

Although due’ to a sickness that came so fast that all started with a cough, she noticed a change in urine color, she’s gone to Wilcox ER numerous times and was told she was fine and to jus take her antibiotics she question one of the doctors and said if is everything fine why is my pee still look red he referred her to see a urine specials,

should she have waiting that long before flying out going to Pali Momi it might would have been to late and probably would have spread to her lungs and been fatal.

After many blood test nothing was still coming back, we only found out once the kidney biopsy came back, by this time she’s already stated dialysis’s treatment, Biopsy same back and was diagnosed with Googpasture debases,

it’s a ver rare autoimmune immune disease that makes antibodies that attacks the lungs and kidney were lucky enough to have caught this earlier where it didn’t not affect her lungs and been fatal, Doctors wants to do a extensive treatment on her crossing their fingers she can at least regain any functionality back to her kidneys, they started of with dialysis, and now have just start plasma transfusion and the next step would be chemo,

it’s going to be long road to recovery!!

We are asking for help even if just a small one to help her and he kids get through this, due to dialysis centers on Kauai being at capacity, she has to start her treatment on Oahu,

Aloha family and friends, im here to update my sister’s gofund me, my sister was diagnosed with good pastures disease in September of 2023, its an auto immune disease that attacks the lungs and kidneys and has caused her to go into full renal failure (Zero Kidney function) shes been to the ER a handfull of times…. the past week she shes been having a hard time breathing. Today 01/23/24 she was rushed to wilcox ER where her oxygen levels were low and her heart rate high. They ran test and found that theres alot of fluid build up around her heart and is in congestive heart failure. We have tried every doctor in hawaii to help her and at this point there nothing much hawaii can offer my sister or have a plan for her as she has a rare disease and the first in hawaii to have this disease. We want her to get a second opinion somewhere on the mainland that can work with her. As much as we dont want to ask. But we need our sister and her babies needs their mom♥️ we would like to ask anyone who could help even if it a little donation or a prayer to help see another specialist as her medical can only cover in hawaii.
