Hi! I’m Kai (they/them), a transmasc non-binary person leaning vulnerably into community by asking for support in accessing gender-affirming care through top surgery.
I’ve been on the public waitlist in Calgary for almost two years, and have no insights on timeline for a consultation or surgery. After a lot of reflection, I’ve made the difficult and empowering decision to pursue privately!
While Top Surgery is a very personal experience and an intentional act of self love, it is only possible for me with support from community! Which is why I am sharing this and inviting you to join the Joy Journey in any capacity!
