Local musicians Ramblin Dan Stevens and Clayton Allen have recently
won the CT Blues Society Challenge Competition in the solo/duo
category and thus will be representing our state at the International
Blues Challenge on historic Beale Street in Memphis TN Jan. 26-30,
2016. They have been performing furiously and hosting many fundraisers to make the road to Memphis possible! THEN they did it! Raised 1,600! They are on the way!!!! Then this happened!!!!!!



Dan was driving home Wednesday night and pulled over due to car problems . The problem was far worse then he thought, he struggled to pull most everything out of his car but unfortunately was unable to grab everything without harming himself anymore. He lost his phone, computer and many of his musical equipment. He is being so positive and knows he is very lucky and everything was simply material items BUT the 1,600 was safe in his car... Until it went up in flames. The road to Memphis is now a memory:-(. So friends, family and local musicians let's help Dan and Clayton keep this dream alive and help them raise the money back! Let's make the road to Memphis possible!
