Rachel and Nate's beautiful girl, passed away on April 4th from SIDS. She was a sweet, little baby girl that was born 2 months early. Ariya was 4 months old when she gained her angel wings. Rachel and Nate are in need of help with funeral costs. This is a very sad time for our family so anything you can give to them would be greatly appreciated. ❤️
