Hello I am Jeremy Billings, this is my 
beautiful daughter Arissa Billings. This 
precious girl is my super hero. She is strong,
funny, silly and has a heart of gold. On 
September 28th our lives would completely
change. We received all of her test results 
and received a phone call from her 
pediatrician early that morning. My wife
was directed to take Arissa to our local 
hospital where she would find out that she 
has almost lost all of her vision in her left eye and has a tumor attached to her 3rd
ventricle in her brain. The pressure was to 
intense and we had to take her in for surgery to relieve the pressure on October 2nd. Since
the surgery was completed, everything 
seemed pretty good but then we started to 
notice that arissa was occasionally swelling 
on the right side of her face and we became 
very nervous. A few days passed and the 
swelling had gone away. We thought the road
to recovery was about to begin. This passed
Wednesday we noticed that Arissa had fluid 
leaking from her incision and were directed 
to bring her into the emergency room so they
could drain the fluid and make sure there was
no infection. As of right now she is still in the hospital and waiting to find out what the next
move is going to be. It is so hard for us to see her bummed and sad, she just wants to come home and be with her brother and sisters.
Arissa is a true fighter and she makes us 
stronger. I wish I was as strong as she is, she is
our super hero. Please pray for Arissa, we 
have a long journey ahead of us. Thank you
