ARI’S FIGHT FOR SIGHT

Donation protected
Our boys journey has not been easy, he has been stripped of so many things in his short life, being both blind and profoundly deaf with epilepsy, global delay and hormone deficiencies that are often life threatening, we want the chance to hopefully restore some of that by going to THAILAND to the Beike Centre for stem cell therapy.
Stem cell therapy is something that is changing the quality of lives for those with Optic Nerve Hypoplasia.
Very few conventional treatment options are available for patients with ONH, most are just to help cope with the disability and not TREAT it.
Stem cells have the ability to regenerate nerve cells in the optic nerve, allowing patients to gain some vision.
improvements that may be experienced for our boy include:
Sharpened visual acuity
enhanced light perception
enlarged visual field
reduced nystagmus
improved hormonal deficiencies
decreased autistic symptoms
Improved muscle tone

We know that this funding is a lot of money, but we cannot pass up the opportunity to try to help our little boy gain SOMETHING back.
We will be documenting all of Ari's treatments and journey along the way and hope you will all watch and follow along.
We will also be hosting some fundraising events in our local community so look out for them and please join us in Ari's fight for sight!

Any donation, big or small, will help go directly to funding Ari's journey and the costs associated.
