Hi, I’m Ari, an 18-year-old trans woman and a full-time college student. I’m doing everything I can to move forward in life without the support most have , but I need some help to get through this major transition — in more ways than one.

Lately, things have been tough. I’m dealing with ongoing health issues, including sudden unexplained seizures, which has made it really difficult to work consistently. I can work a little — and I plan to — but it’s not enough to cover everything I need right now. I have 20 class hours and 20 hours of rehearsal a week. All that while trying to start gender-affirming care for the first time, keep my phone paid, afford to eat, and it all adds up fast without the support most have.

I’m raising money to help cover:

• College and Class supplies (storage, school materials, dance wear etc.)

• My phone bill (so I can stay connected to school, doctors, and jobs)

• Affording estrogen and accessing gender-affirming medical care

• Saving for a car and for after college plans 

This is a really vulnerable time for me, and I’m just trying to survive, heal, and move forward as my full self. Even a small donation — or just sharing this — would mean everything.
