As most of you know, I am currently in school studying to be a Doctor in chiropractic medicine. Since moving to California and starting my chiro journey, I have grown in so many ways. I would like your help with another milestone of this growth process! Throughout the course of my program, I have the opportunity to go on mission trips, to mostly impoverished communities, to conduct clinics, and render treatment for the locals. I am hoping to participate in a couple trips coming up! I am crowd-funding for the cost of these missions. Here's some background into the philosophy of chiropractic and the details for the trip I would love to participate in.
Chiropractic has given me a passion and a new way of looking at and appreciating life. The best part about chiropractic is that it can help anyone with a spine and a nervous system. The philosophy behind chiropractic is that the power that made the body, heals the body. We were born with a natural ability/wisdom to heal ourselves and work optimally. Thoughts, traumas, gravity, and toxins in our everyday life interfere with the optimal functions of our nervous systems. Chiropractic helps restore optimal function so you can live a happier, more productive life.
Chiropractic deals with the nervous system and all of its connections to the body. Chiropractors aim to enhance your nervous functionality by getting rid of any joint, soft tissue or nerve interferences. Just one adjustment can help change someone's life. From the standard headaches and neck pains, to digestion, Parkinson's, pregnancy, diabetes, and neuromuscular diseases, chiropractic can help.
Over the past two years of school, I have dedicated myself to training in the art, science, and philosophy of chiropractic. Through many seminars and countless class hours, I have been honing my skills and perfecting my art in order to better serve the communities I encounter.
I would love to spread awareness and help those who have never heard of chiropractic. Hopefully I can help to change some lives!

Where: Dominican Republic and Fiji
When: September 28- October 2016, Fiji dates TBD
Why: to give, to love, to serve, to help
How much: $5,500.00USD. to cover cost of flight, visas, trip and table/equipment fees
