Dear all,

"Colors are powerful. They drive emotions, they stir desires and they provoke thoughts. Think of the color of your favorite flower. Think of the beauty of the bright blue sky. Think of the sense of pride you get when you see your flag. How can you appreciate those beauties of color and still not see the color of my skin?"
"He who is not courageous enough to take risks will accomplish nothing in life"-Muhammad Ali

"My Brain...It cannot process failure. It will not process failure. Because if I sit there and have to face myself and tell myself, "you're a failure"...I think that's almost worse than death." -Kobe Bryant

"First and foremost, I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to present my dreams and aspirations as a highly driven, determined, and motivated young woman looking to inspire change with the platform that I have been given.

My name is Ariele Davis and I am a former collegiate basketball athlete turned amateur boxer, now competing on a high level in the USA. Standing at 27 years old, I've acquired 21 victories and have seen only 3 defeats.

With only 3 years of competing, I was able to secure a highly recognizable and prestigious resume. I became the first amateur boxer for the Southern Region in the United States since 2005 (male or female) to win the National Golden Gloves in 2019, along with many other National Titles.

Before the 2019 pandemic, I was set out to make history and represent the country of Haiti in the 2020 Olympics. I chose to represent my Haitian decent in efforts to bring liberation to the country that it rightfully deserves.

Coming off a 3-year layoff, I have many supporters, family, & friends waiting for my return to the ring. I have goals to go and compete nationally at major USA tournaments this year to truly get back active before 2024. The dream is still alive & me and my team need your support."

Our small team of 4 resides in New Orleans, LA and is asking you to support our trip to Detroit from March 17-March 25 where over 1,ooo boxers will be arriving to compete in the elite division. The funds will go to three areas: our flights, AirB&B, and rental car for the week. We are deeply grateful for any amount contributed and are ecstatic to be on this journey. And a special thank you to our coach Paul Metzler (Aka "Lil One") who pours his heart and soul into coaching us in the beautiful art of boxing. We could not ask for a more hard-working, determined, and ambitious supporter.
