So, I hate to even do this because I know everything is overly expensive these days. Our sweet Great Dane (Ariel) has had Happy Tail Syndrome for the past month or so. For those who don't know what that is, it's basically her being excited about things and she busts her whip of a tail off of things, and she's done it so much that it became an open wound/laceration that I've been battling to heal for weeks now.

Well today, while we were at work, she decided to chew off 3-4 inches of her tail and had our house looking like a complete murder scene with puddles of blood everywhere. We left work early and took her to an emergency vet, and they unfortunately said part of her tail is dying. She needs immediate amputation along with antibiotics and medications. They're ranging the costs to be anywhere from $1,500 to $1,700 possibly more. If anyone could help right now, Bekka and I would greatly appreciate it.
