Ariane's battle with Lyme Disease
Donation protected

Ariane was finally diagnosed with Lyme Disease two years ago after struggling with multiple health concerns over the last 10 years. Due to being undiagnosed and sick for so many years, she has developed multiple chronic autoimmune diseases and health issues. Over the last two years, Ariane and her husband Tyler have spent thousands of dollars on medications trying to help her get better, but nothing has worked.
After getting progressively sicker and now suffering from neurological side effects, she reached out to Envita Medical Center in Scottsdale, which specializes in Cancer and Lyme treatment. Unfortunately, Envita is extremely expensive and initial tests have already set them back $3,500.
After receiving the results of the tests, her doctor informed her the Lyme has spread to her brain and spinal cord. Ariane was informed if left untreated, her Lyme could cause early onset Alzheimers, Dementia, and will deteriorate her body and brain. Additionally, the doctor told her she has several co-infections in her body which could cause cancer if it's not treated. Needless to say, this was a lot of information to take in all at once.
Ariane is going to have to get a permacath inserted into her chest due to the IV treatment she is going to have to start in a couple weeks. The treatment is very aggressive and has to detoxify her blood. Ariane will be spending 8-12 weeks driving to Scottsdale where she will receive IV treatments fives days a week, for 4-5 hours at a time. Following IV treatments, she will have to continue at home treatments for the next 1-2 years.
The doctor has formulated a treatment plan for her which will cost approximately $40,000-80,000 depending on how quickly her body responds to the treatment. This expense will be out of pocket due to insurance not covering any of it. We know this is a huge financial burden for Ariane and Tyler who are currently raising three children on a single income due to Ariane not being able to work because of her disease and the treatments she is about to undergo. If you know them, they are not ones to ask for help, so we are doing it for them. Please share this post so others can see it and keep their family in your prayers. Any help at all is greatly appreciated, thank you!
