Hi, my name is Tosin and I’m sharing my story today with a hopeful but heavy heart. I’ve been diagnosed with Stage 4 Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) an aggressive form of cancer that has spread to my bones with a fracture in my thoracic and lumbar spine vertebrae. This diagnosis has changed every part of my life. The cancer’s spread has not only caused me immense physical pain but has also significantly reduced my mobility, affecting my ability to walk, stand, and care for myself in the way I once could.

I never imagined that I’d be navigating this fight, especially one as complex and demanding as metastatic TNBC. This cancer doesn’t respond to traditional hormone therapies, making treatment options more limited and intense. Since the diagnosis, I have undergone chemotherapy, radiation, with more ahead of me. My body is doing everything it can but I now need support to continue.

Because of the damage to my spine, I now require mobility aids, specialized physical therapy, and constant medical care. Things like accessible transportation, home adjustments and help with daily living have become necessary and incredibly expensive. On top of this, being unable to work has made the financial burden even heavier.

i have made some research which requires me to do more of complementary therapies such as HBOT, red light etc to support my healing journey which is costing me a lot at the moment
