Kyle’s Fight

Brain bleed, 3 strokes, open heart surgery, and triple bypass survivor! 

On June 1st, Natasha rushed Kyle to the hospital ER for a migraine that wouldn’t stop. Kyle was life flighted to Swedish Medical center because doctors found a large brain bleed. Once at the better-equipped hospital, it was found he had suffered 3 strokes and has endocarditis- an infection around his heart. Kyle has spent the past 29 days in ICU and on the neurology unit at the hospital. On June 29th, he began to have trouble breathing and fluids were found in his lungs. The doctors ordered X-rays of his heart and found a hole in his valve where the infection is. Kyle is scheduled to have open heart surgery tomorrow. We were hoping he would be moved to Craig rehab hospital at the beginning of the week for a 45-60 day stay, but this will be postponed until after he recovers from heart surgery. Kyle is 35 years old. He is a computer software developer. His wife Natasha has been by his side the entire time. Their home is a 30 mile drive from the hospital. Kyle’s job provides the main income for Kyle and Natasha. I, Lisa Saheb, Kyle’s sister, am starting this GoFundMe in efforts to ease the financial gap due to Kyle not working, provide a solid base where medical bills can be paid, and to support Natasha as she travels to and from the hospital each day. Kyle faces a long road ahead of him as he fights to be back to healthy. Our family is grateful for all the prayers, words of support, and kind gestures over this past month.
