My name is Zoe Elverum. I live in Pond Inlet, Nunavut, Canada (72 degrees north), I am 14 years old and I have Dwarfism. I am a track & field athlete. But living so far north, there is no track or field. So I find my own unique ways to train.

I use a harpoon (hunting tool) as my javalin, a heavy rock for a shot-put, and a frisbee for discuss.

But, this August (2017), I will be competing in the Dwarf World Games in Guelph, Ontario, Canada for Team Canada.

I have been training for many years and I have also been doing a lot of fundraising. Unfortunatly, I still do not have enough to get to Guelph. This page is to help me and my family cover the cost of hotels, meals, trasportaion, and team uniforms.

Every doller counts. I hope to come home golden for my town, for my territory, for my country. But, my ultimate goal is the 2020 Paralympic games. Thanks for your support!!
