Archie's motorcycle accident bills

My husband, Archie, was in a motorcycle accident on Rt. 9 in Hedgesville, WV on April 16, 2019.  According to a witness statement in the Sheriff's report, "Man on the motorcycle was thrown very far away from our cars".  He was transported by ambulance to the medivac helicopter waiting for him.  He was flown to Fairfax where he remains as of today, with no plans to be released any time soon.  He has lost his left leg to the knee.  He broke the femur bone in his left leg.  He broke both hands, 5 ribs and has road rash from head to toe.  He has had at least 15 or so surgeries and at least 15 or so units of blood.  Today, I spoke with the surgeon and the wound is infected again so they may have to take more of his leg.  If and when he is released from the hospital, he will be admitted into rehab to learn how to function normally again.  When the leg wound heals, hopefully he will be fitted for a prosthetic.
Archie was the main source of income for our household.  We live modestly, no huge credit card bills or large, unnecessary expenses.  We surely can not afford the huge medical bills being incurred.  The medivac bill alone is $65,776.  If you could find a few dollars to donate towards our family's misfortune, I will forever be grateful!  Thank you for taking the time to read my story and please share.
