Hi, My name is Angie and I am grandma to sweet little Archer.
Archer was born on July 27, 2022 and was loved so much before he was born but when he came into this world he lit up parts of his parents hearts that they didn’t know existed. He was a good baby and never had any health issues. Two days after Thanksgiving he was rushed to our local hospital because he wasn’t breathing right then taken down to LA Childrens Hospital because they said something was wrong with his heart. After a week and so many tests there they had said it is the lungs then back to the heart then lungs and couldn’t find a reason for the cause. They said pulmonary hypertension but everything was idiopathic (just no answer). Things took a turn for the worst and he went into cardiac arrest and after several minutes was resuscitated and then put on life support. He was declining but then we would see a small miracles like some movement on his right side or his eyes finally opened and he was able to track his mom and dad. We were all so excited and hopeful with so many prayers going on for him from everywhere. Unfortunately the night after he was able to see his parents he totally shut down and his brain function was gone. Arianna and Issiac had to witness what no one should ever have to….watching their sweet baby be taken off of life support and leave his body. Now the next steps have to be taken and for them it will be new territory. There are no words that can make this okay so we do ask for continued prayers especially for peace and strength for Arianna and Issiac. They will face some financial challenges in being off work, traveling, medical bikes and taking care of the nexts steps in this process. If you are able to help that’s great and so appreciated.
