Arcelia was an amazing person. A loving mother, wife, sister, and daughter that was taken too soon. She passed away early morning Tuesday and will forever be missed. Life can take a turn suddenly and make everything difficult, so for the moment we’re raising money to lay her to rest. When I receive details I’ll be sure to let you all know. Love you mom.
