I love working at salesforce.com and am very grateful to the team that supported me to get this job.
A lot of the skills I learned like self-advocacy and being a good employee, I learned through classes at The Arc. That is why I am fundraising for The Arc Allies Program and would love your help!
Arc Allies is a leadership development program that teaches me and my friends at The Arc how to be self-advocates, mentors and leaders both at work and in the community. These programs helped me and I want to help other clients of The Arc have the same opportunities to grow that I did.
Who knows, maybe some of the new Arc Allies will be working at salesforce.com someday!
