ARC Loves Art Lovers!

Located in Chicago, as a non-profit gallery and educational foundation, Artists & Residents Chicago’s commitment to serving the art community is 49 years strong, exhibiting and supporting the work of over 5000 artists from around the globe! Covid has hit the art world hard, and ARC is no exception. We are reaching out to you to help us continue our mission of supporting artists into our 50th year. The Athena Fund will match the first $5000 that ARC receives! Will you join them in making a difference?

How does ARC love and support the art community? And what will your donation help provide? Let us count the ways:

welcoming artists, patrons, and those curious about experiencing art to a safe, beautiful, and professional gallery space
subsidizing solo exhibitions for artists
supporting emerging artists with their first exhibitions in our professional gallery
working with art students at colleges and universities to mentor young women artists
presenting themed group juried exhibitions, so that artists of various and diverse talents and mediums meet and exhibit their work together
exhibiting high-quality original art for sale at non-exorbitant prices
selling exhibited work with all sale profits going to the artist
presenting exhibits, workshops, discussion groups and programs by, and for, underserved populations.
