Araz Khalilpour, 25, of Sterling, Virginia passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2020 due to a sudden fatal heart condition that was undiagnosed. He was working on his real estate investment company, working out, and spending time with his family and friends. He lost his precious life to this unforeseen heart condition that has blindsided all his loved ones.
Araz graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Finance in 2016. He loved his family and friends. He had a passion for great food, travel, squash, stand-up comedy, memes, and continuously learning about anything this world had to offer. He had a brilliant ability to connect with other people and learn about new things so easily.
Born Monday, October 17, 1994, he was the son of Esmaal Khalilpour and Naiyer Hazraty.
