To all our friends and family, it is with a heavy heart that we want to let you all know that our sweet Arayah Lynn has been admitted into Doernbecher Children’s Hospital with a diagnosis of ALL, Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. We realized our beautiful, spunky, courageous Arayah wasn’t quite being herself over the last few weeks and we knew she had been sick with the flu as the whole family was experiencing the same symptoms, but she seemed to never get out of the flu like funk. Her skin grew paler as time went on and as her bones grew achy we knew we needed to seek medical advice. It’s going to be a long and difficult journey, but we would sure appreciate your prayers, love, and help in any and all ways. This is very brand new and scary for our entire family, especially Arayah’s parents, Kaylyn Lucero and Chance Nelson, and sisters, Rylee and Emery Nelson. Please know that I will update everyone with Arayah’s progress as we learn more and thank you for keeping her in your thoughts, hearts, and prayers! We love you!
