Raising for Rosie
Donation protected
Thank you for your donations over the past months. Rosie has now asked for donations to stop and would like to thank you.
"Your support meant everything and meant everything in the darkest of days.
Continuing to fight on and hopefully the new chemo can put it into retreat for a bit .
Future is scary and your help has meant we have positive things to aim for.
Absolutely won't lose this battle because I have not given up.
Thanks ☺️

At Stepchange we spend all our time helping clients. we are a close-nit team and look after each other like we are a family and its time to ask for a little help ourselves.
We were devastated to find out that our colleague Rosie Hawkins has been diagnosed with a terminal illness.
Help Rosie build lasting memories for her husband and children to be able to look back with love in years to come.
Having battled through IVF to be able to have children over the last 6 years. Rosie went through miscarriages including twins to finally be able to have the family she had longed for. Having had her son Johnathan 5 years ago, this year Rosie made her family complete with the safe birth of a daughter Freya. Sadly, a week before giving birth Rosie was diagnosed with breast cancer, this was to be confirmed as stage 4 cancer in the coming weeks after Freya’s arrival.
To have gone through miscarriages was devastating enough, and finally to get what you had always wanted, how cruel to be dealt another far more devastating blow that you are terminally ill and wont see your children become adults, share those special moments in the future such as graduation, marriage and grandchildren.
Although there are treatments that can help control and prolong life, the diagnosis would generally be between 12 months and 12 years.
Please help us support Rosie and her hopes for the future, to build lasting memories for her family, special moments, special pictures and complete a bucket list of family events and adventures.
Besides building memories, having the mental weight of what will happen when NHS options run out for treatment and trying to find funds for optional treatment, funeral funds and everything that goes with it.
We are setting this page up as we want Rosie to have options and not have to worry about funding them alone, We would also love for them to get out there and make as many memories as they can as a family. So we are reaching out for your help to help us help them. We will be eternally grateful for every penny we raise. Please spread the message of this page and thank you in advance for any contribution you can make.
We will also be doing activities and events in the future to raise money and will update this page.
