Aquarium Central Pet Store Fire Relief Fund

On July 7th, 2020 at approximately 11:36pm a fire broke out at the Aquarium Central pet store off Johnston St. in Lafayette Louisiana. Aquarium Central sustained heavy fire and smoke damage.  Many animals also perished in the fire.
The owner of Aquarium Central, Joey, a dear friend of mine and loved member of the community devotes his time and energy daily into his passion for exotic pets. He provides the best care for the animals and top notch service to the community. When Aquarium Central was first opened Joey solely worked Monday through Saturday, day and night, to ensure the best quality care, at some points even staying throughout the night.

Aquarium Central is not only Joey's business it's his lifestyle and passion. The animals he provides are truly cared for and loved by him. The reason I started this Gofundme is to help relinquish the pain and financial loss brought on by this unfortunate event. Knowing Joey, he is more concerned about the animals effected and not the financial burden that is to come from this loss. As his friend I want to show him that his community cares and has his back. Thank you Joey for all that you do at Aquarium Central. Your passion has truly inspired me and many
others and WILL continue to do so throughout the future.
