Robert Ishman IV was diagnosed with brain cancer (glioblastoma) in June of 2024, only two weeks after graduating high school. He was with his friends and had 11 seizures and was immediately MediFlighted to OU. Since then, he’s had two brain surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation and to no prevail, the cancer is now stage 4, and the doctor has given him a 6 month window to live. His family has found a treatment center in Arizona where he can spend 4-5 months to get treatments, that specifically treat his type of tumor with more than the normal radiation and chemotherapy treatments, and hopefully after, he can continue on with his life. Only catch is, with treatments, lodging, and travel expenses the cost will be roughly $250,000! His family isn’t ready to give up on him yet and we aren’t either. Alone, we can do so little; but as a community, we can do so much! Thanks for all the on-going prayers and support!!!
