Help For A New Beginning

Hi! Some of you may remember me from my last GoFundMe, some not, so let me introduce myself. I'm Giulia, I'm 20 years old and I've been struggling with serious mental health issues ever since I was 17, including, unfortunately, self-harm.
I'm really happy and proud to say that most difficulties are now overcome and that I'm doing much better to this day. In fact, I'm doing so well now that self-harm is just a memory and I've been clean for months now.
Let me get straight to the point.
I've always had a really conflictual relationship with the scars my self-harm left behind: I wanted them to be gone, but at the same time I needed them to be there because the sick part of me wouldn't let me let them go. They needed to be there as a reminder of my suffering.
Something has changed in the last few weeks though. I finally won against that part of myself that wanted the scars to stay and decided that I want them gone, for good.
I'd really like to cover my scars with a tattoo, a special one, so that when I look at my arm, instead of being reminded of all the hatred, I can think of something better, something new. A new beginning. But I need your help for this to happen.
My family isn't in the best economical situation at the moment, so I have to do this on my own, but I don't have enough money and I can't get a job.
I'm asking you to help me with this. Every donation, as little as it can be, can help.
