The Global Leadership Project is a high school course that takes students to Fortune 500 companies to learn how diversity is a central part of any business strategy. Students in the class commit to meeting three days a week after school and additional Saturday classes. Students meet with over thirty guest speakers from a variety of professions and cultural backgrounds throughout the semester.

The capstone event is a five day business conference around Ohio meeting with industry leaders at their world headquarters.  The costs of the trip and class expenses are covered by students through numerous fundraisers.  However, raising the required $500  can be a barrier to many of my students who come from families with limited resources. Please consider a donation to support those students in need.  Every dollar raised will be used to match each student dollar they raise through their hard work.  These kids are a great investment.
