Hello,

My friend, Kosta’s wife, and our colleague, Dasha Shevchenko is currently in a country neighboring Ukraine on a mission to get her four childhood friends as well as their young children across the border and into safety.

The photo depicts 11 year old Alex and 2 year old Katya.  They, along with their mother made it cross the border and are currently with Dasha in Slovakia. 

These refugees will need help every step of the way to begin an unimaginable new life.
