Life as a single mother is a journey of love and sacrifice, but it’s also a daily battle. Every morning, I wake up determined to provide the best life I can for my daughter, yet I failed. The challenges seem to grow heavier with each passing day. My heart aches knowing that despite my hardest efforts, I struggle to make ends meet. I’m doing everything I can, but the weight of this responsibility alone is overwhelming.

Recently, We’ve been evicted from the first apartment I was able to provide for my daughter. My heart breaks as I try to shield my daughter from the harsh reality of our situation, but the truth is, we are without stable housing. The uncertainty of not knowing where we’ll sleep next weighs heavily on me.

Without reliable transportation, getting and keeping a job has become an almost impossible task. Opportunities slip through my fingers because I simply can’t get to them. I’ve missed interviews, appointments, and even chances for part-time work because I lack a vehicle. Public transportation is scarce, and walking miles each day with my daughter just isn’t feasible. This vicious cycle keeps me trapped—unable to work without transportation, and unable to afford transportation without work.

I’m asking for help because I want to change this situation, not just for myself, but for my daughters as well. She deserves stability and the chance to see mother succeed. If raised, all money from this donation will be going to secure us a home. If I’m lucky and can raise more than asked, those funds will automatically go to a vehicle.
