Please help me keep from being homeless.

I recently struggled, and mostly failed, to raise money to pay off my past debts to my medical provider. It was very urgent because I needed medical care urgently (and indeed, when I eventually went to the emergency room, I ended up admitted to the hospital for a few days) but my policy was about to be terminated due to lack of payment (which I could not afford). I managed to get just enough donations that, combined with all the money I had earned that month, I could pay off my medical bill from my hospital bed. 

The obvious problem being that I needed that money to pay for rent and other expenses. My rent burden this month is also higher than expected, because a subletter in the house decided that the room was no longer desired, with just a few days notice - likely not enough time to try and find another subletter.  Now I have just three days until rent is due, in that time, though I still am very sick, I will attempt to get the space cleaned up enough to sublet to someone else. It is highly unlikely I will be able to do all of that and find someone to take the room in that time.  I even have follow up Doctor's visits in that window of time.

It is far more likely that I will just end up accumulating thousands of dollars in late fees until I am evicted or, to avoid that stain on my record, will be forced onto the streets.

Please help prevent me from becoming homeless. I have experienced homelessness in my lifetime and they say it takes years to recover from. That was definitely true in my case. I have been watching all of that progress unravel before my eyes this past year, and the stress and heartbreak from that is enough to make me sick. Please help me.
