Aptos/La Selva Firefighters Local 3535 presents the 2020 September 11th Challenge by "honoring those heroes who gave all...in the hopes that others may live".

Due to current restrictions, we are unable to host our annual stair climb at Seacliff State Beach.  Instead, people of all ages and abilities are invited to participate by doing the exercise of their choice (stair climb, biking, weights, etc.) at the time and place of their choice, in remembrance of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.  Event runs from August 11th - September 11th 2020.  Challenge yourself and others while reflecting on the 412 emergency workers who lost their lives responding selflessly, including 343 firefighters, 61 police officers, and 8 EMTs and paramedics.

We are asking participants to also donate an amount of their choice to this GoFundMe account.  All funds raised will be going to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, National Fallen Officer Foundation, and our local Fallen Officer Foundation.
