My name is April. I was diagnosed with breast cancer on April 25, 2016. I am on a mission to raise money for my Breast Cancer treatments. I am 42 years old and have two children. My son (Brendan) is 19 and my daughter (Briella) is 4 years old. Briella is very worried about her mommy and is scared when her mommy comes home from the doctor every day with less hair.
I have an aggressive tumor in my right breast that has reached 9cm in size. I will be going through chemotherapy every 3 weeks for 6 treatments followed by a year of infusion treatments. After my 6 chemotherapy treatments I then will have a double mastectomy and radiation treatments. As everyone knows cancer treatments are very expensive, I do have insurance but it can only cover so much. It's imperative I receive these treatments immediately , and I really need your help and support. Every penny counts, and every donations is much appreciated. The money will be used for medical bills and to save my life. God Bless.
So the time has come...
I had my first Chemotherapy treatment today. It took almost 9 hours but the nurses were awesome. I had my port put in on Friday but the incision was infected so they put an IV in my arm instead. Feeling ok tonight.
Well I had an alergic reaction to some of the medication and had to go to the emergency room. Been very sick lately and have had to go to infusion 5 days a week since chemotherapy started.
