April's Medical Journey: Your Support Counts

Hello there, my name is April and I’m in need of some help with living expenses as I have been without income due to significant medical issues I’ve had for the past year or so.

I have had multiple complications with my left hip following a failed hip replacement in January 2024. Since that time, I have dislocated my hip six times, leading to a hip infection that required removal of the prosthesis for several months. I took advantage of short-term disability through my employer, but it ran out on April 1st, so I have had no income since that time and my bills are piling up. I was caring for a young woman who has developmental disabilities in my home, but due to my health complications, she has had to move to another family's home. I lost this income in February. Due to the change in my income, I must now move to a less expensive rental home ASAP. I’m needing donations to help me catch up on unpaid rent, utility bills, and for estimated moving costs.
