Earlier this month, Bret underwent a very successful surgery during which his medical team was able to remove 90% of the tumor. However, the 10% that remains is very aggressive. To keep the remaining tumor at bay, Bret started radiation and chemotherapy last week, and this course of treatment will last for two weeks. At this point, we will re-assess his condition and determine any next steps that could be taken, including the possibility of an experimental drug. Unfortunately, Bret is not currently eligible for clinical trials.
