April was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and needs your help to pay for her medical treatment. She has already completed a month of radiation therapy and just started 5 months of chemotherapy. 

April was first diagnosed in September of this year.  After suffering with back pain for almost a year, doctors determined that April had a "lesion" on her lumbar spine. She soon found out--following a biopsy of a lump in her breast--that the lesion was actually breast cancer that had metastasized from her breast to her spine.

April still has a long road ahead of her. That said, she has maintained an extremely positive attitude and a fighting spirit, and has a team of wonderful doctors dedicated to helping her win the battle.
