Hi, my name is Jeremiah, and I am trying to raise funds to cover the costs associated with losing my older sister, April, who was just 43 when she passed away. April was taken from her family way too soon after a hard-fought battle with cancer. She was the best big sister anyone has ever had and always looked out for me and my sister Jessica. April was very fond of spending time with her loved ones at family gatherings. Swimming was something that she thoroughly enjoyed and could quite often be found spending time at the beach. April was a unique soul in this world. She was always kind, gentle, and nurturing towards anyone who interacted with her. She was the type of person who would always put her needs aside to fulfill the needs of those around her, which is something special in today’s world. The loss of April will forever be felt by those who ever had the privilege to meet her. April leaves behind her husband Kemar and her three children, Kayleigh, who is 18, Ceairra, who is 13, and the youngest, Maliya, who is 12.

 

Unfortunately, funeral costs are high, and this is something that the family cannot afford to cover without relying on fundraising. I hope to raise enough money to ease that burden, and anything left over will go towards the well-being of her three children, Kayleigh, Ceairra, and Maliya.
