April Raulerson Macfarland

I am not sure how to begin this as writing is not my strong suit. Many of you know April Macfarland (Shawn’s wife) she is definitely the better half of Shawn and April. April was recently diagnosed with stage 3 Inflammatory Carcinoma of the Breast (Triple-Negative Breast Cancer). April and Shawn had to shut down their small business, Ultimate Grill Destination Spot to focus on her health. Unfortunately as many small business are trying to make it today the owners go with out health insurance. April is one of the hardest working women I know. She is the mother of 3 kids and has 3 grandkids. She worked at Deland Nissan for 18 years before joining Ultimate Grill Destination Spot. She is going to need everyone’s help to get through this. As mentioned they don’t have insurance and are going to struggle to meet their monthly obligations. Please help as much as you can.
