April Cawley

We come to you today for assistance on behalf of our dear friend April Cawley. As some of you might know April has been hospitalized recently and it has turned her and her family’s lives upside down. April was admitted to the hospital on May 18th for complications due to Pneumonia. Currently, she is being transferred to another facility for more specialized care. April has always been a beacon of strength, kindness, and resilience, bringing light to the lives of everyone around her. April has been a nurse in the Tallahassee community for many years. She always took the best care of her patients and is a true friend to her co-workers. April has dedicated her life to caring for others and making a remarkable difference in the world of healthcare. Now she needs our help!

We have launched this GoFundMe campaign—to rally our community and provide much-needed financial assistance to help alleviate the burden that April and her loved ones are experiencing. Our goal is to give her family the resources and peace of mind as they need to focus on April's health and well-being.

Donations received will directly contribute to the following areas of need:

1. Medical Expenses: Funds will go towards covering the cost of essential treatments, medications, hospital stays, and specialized therapies.

2. Travel and Accommodation: Currently April’s treatment requires traveling to a specialized facility outside of Tallahassee. The financial strain of transportation and accommodation can be immense.

3. Daily Living Expenses: As April’s husband Kevin focuses on her care, he will not be working. By helping her family cover daily living expenses, such as rent, utilities, and groceries, we can alleviate the stress of financial instability and allow him to concentrate on April.
