Today, we are reaching out with a heartfelt request concerning one of our own - Oli, our Cardiff franchise owner.

Last weekend, Oli suffered a devastating blow when all three of his vans were stolen. Thanks to swift action and incredible community support, two of the vans have since been recovered - but both were completely stripped of their specialist cleaning equipment, leaving him with nothing to work with. The third van is still missing.

For most of last week, operations in Cardiff came to a standstill. Although two of the vans were recovered, they’d been completely stripped. Oli will be travelling far and wide to replace essential kit. As we all know, some of this equipment comes with unavoidable lead times. It will take time before things are fully back to normal, and the losses already suffered sadly can’t be recovered.

This has caused significant disruption to Oli, his team, and his customers. The impact is likely to continue for a while as he faces the long wait times and costs of replacing vital equipment.

All of this has come just as Oli and Laura welcomed newborn twins into their family. The emotional and financial strain could not have come at a tougher time.

In true “family feel” spirit, we are rallying around to support Oli during this crisis. We have set up this GoFundMe page to provide practical help as he rebuilds his business and continues serving his community.
